Account Security

• A bet is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation message from the288jili system. A bet that is pending, loading, or unconfirmed at the time of an event starting may be voided at 288jili's discretion.
• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled, modified, or reversed by the player except where the platform offers a specific "Cash Out" feature and that feature is actively available for the relevant selection.
• In the event of a system error, network failure, or technical malfunction that affects bet placement or settlement, 288jili will investigate and apply the correct outcome based on available records. Match Suspension or Abandonment

If a sports event is suspended and resumed within 48 hours at the same venue, bets are generally held over and settled on the final result. If an event is abandoned, relocated, or postponed beyond 48 hours, bets will be voided and stakes returned. Exceptions apply to futures/outright markets — if a competition has begun and specific match within it is abandoned, only the affected match bets are voided unless stated otherwise.

Live In-Play Betting

Live betting markets are offered on selected events.
